Sugar Bars (1951–1982) was a Quarter Horse racehorse and stallion who sired many Quarter horse race and show horses. What this has to do with grass/sedge in beyond me!!
Edit: Horses need to chew grass to aid tooth health!
There are several choices ... Italian Ryegrass/Timothy (which we've already had/Bermudagrass/Alfalfa/Red Clover/Orchardgrass/Tall Fescue (had that too?) .......choose one!!

Yes, I know its not friday, but ....Congratulations to all of you who guessed Floating sweet grass (Glyceria fluitans). Let’s start with the clues! First clue: A girly face sunlit. This is simply an anagram of the Latin for this grass: Glyceria fluitans. The second clue: Sugar bars gnashers might have needed this. Sugar bars (1951-1972) was the name of an American Quarter Horse racehorse. Sugar is sweet. Floating is a type of dental work performed on horse teeth. Gnashers is another word for teeth.
Found in wet areas such as ditches, ponds and riverbanks during May to August, Floating sweet grass is a hairless perennial grass which has long leaves and metre long creeping and rooting stems. The spikelets are a grey-green colour, cylindrical in shape and hold up to 20 florets. The leaves of this grass are often seen floating just under the surface of water, moving with the current.
