Welcome to the RSPB Communities Christmas Advent calendar! Rather than chocolates (sorry), with each day that leads up to the big day, why not open a virtual Advent calendar window and reveal a teaser for you to ponder or post a picture. There is no right or wrong answer, the answers will simply be what you want to appear in that window. It’s Christmas, so let’s have some fun!Claire
Hi Bente, hope you have had a good Christmas although I read earlier that you had to work today! My way of dealing with the 'sneaky' calories is to buy bigger clothes!! Lol

I wonder if Hotel Chocolat do chocolate frogs....?
Hello Wendy,
thank you so much for thinking of me! Thank Goodness I had to work yesterday. I prefer working earlier, so I can get it over with. This afternoon we'll have a family-gathering for an afternoon-walk, and afterwards tea and biscuits. So I'll get ready for that soon. Weather is horrible: Chilly and with a slight drizzle.
At the beginning of december a collegue of mine had a brilliant idea. I nearly exploded laughing. Let's see if I get it translated for you to share a good joke (I am sorry it loses a lot of its effect): I had brought the very first Christmas-biscuits to work, so a colleague of mine tried them. Then he said:" After Christmas I will have to make a diet. I want to have at least one size less in clothes than my brother." For the rest that followes, you must know that Chocolates / Confection are in German called "Konfekt", and that the sizes for clothes are "Konfektionsgröße". So my colleague took another biscuit, looked at it and asked:" I wonder if "Confection" has anything to do with "Konfektionsgröße" ".
Have a nice day!
Bente
