We have just noticed that a robin is building a nest in our garage - seems he can get in and out when door to garden is shut so that’s ok but I assume we can’t now open main garage door to access our front garden as the nest is just above ! Looks like I’m going to have to drag the wheelie bins through the house then and keep noise and disturbance to a minimum?
Assuming the nest isn't literally on, or attached to the door, to move the bins out to relocate for a few weeks, is it poss to part open the door and slide the bins under? Without seeing it, hard to tell. It might be poss to just open the door properly once, to get the bins relocated. If it's still being built (quite late for a first go, so may be a second attempt having failed elsewhere), there will be gaps in the day when there won't be a bird in the garage or on the nest.
