Along with parakeets and great tits eating nuts from our balcony bird feeder, we have one with a grey underside. I live on the olympic park in Stratford. Just wondering if its unusual to see them in London
It would be unusual, and certainly not identifiable from the photos. Are you able to get a colour photo of it?

It’s just a pale coloured Great Tit. Nothing unusual.
Thanks for posting the unzoomed photo. IMO, the i.d. still can't be confirmed from the photo. Realistically, it is a great tit, and they do vary in terms of colour intensity. Your photo does have a bit of colour to it, as seen in the red crane. But, IMO, the colour of the photos is too diminished to prove it is or isn't a pale great tit.
