This bird has been in my garden for the last couple of days. It looks like it has some kind of pouch around its neck. Should I report it as lost?
Hi, that is a Sparrowhawk, you will get them coming into gardens to prey on smaller bird and pigeons. Difficult to see from the photo whether that is a neck wound or and under wing wound on the right side.
