This bird is non stop harping on, i live in the uk and have never heard it before. I’ve researched and researched but can’t find it! please help!

How would you describe the call or song? If it's quite high-pitched whistles and trills, it may well be a robin as they often sing through the night, although song thrushes and blackbirds will too. If it were more of an occasional sharp 'ke-wick' or a 'hoo hoo' it would almost certainly be a Tawny Owl. What is the habitat where the song is coming from?
