Snipe

Hi

I didn't expect to see this little guy in my garden yesterday.

I've seen lots of Snipe over the years in more relevant locations, but never expected one to drop in to the garden.

He stayed for around 10 minutes, wandering amongst the plants and pots before finally deciding to leave.

Apologies for photo quality - taken through the window, and between the blinds!

Shame he missed out on Garden Birdwatch.
