Thats ok. Yes I am. thanks. I dont know what gave me a temprature I just woke up with it and it was the last thing I wanted since I was exited about going to Slimbridge the day after.which ended up not happening. I havnt been there since 2019 I have my blood preassure taken sometimes for my GP. But this year I developed high blood Preassure it’s not very high.  only abit high. It’s 85 but sometimes reaches 100 occasionally.i have a rare condition called Tuberous sclerosis aswell. Like Autism I was born with it. The Rare condition  gives me Tubers in my brain and kidneys  if they grow too big it can cause a Kidney Cyst Rupture which can be life threatening.The tubers block parts of my brain. I had one in 2013 It was an emergency so I went to Hospital. the nurse said they only had an hour to save me so I had to have a blood transfusion I was in bed for a couple of months so couldn’t walk and had to relearn how to before I can get out of hospital. it took me a year to fully recover. After I recovered me and Mum asked a famous TS specialist for some medication. The Specialist became my new GP cause of my condition. partly cause of my condition It can cause complications so this year when the GP found Out my Blood Preassure was high he got concerned. We kept track of it and we know my blood preassure averages and he said it needs to be in the 70 bracket and not 85 and over.

 the pattern was mainly 85 and occasionally 100 so I have to take blood preassure medication now. When I got my high temperature  my Blood Preassure was 91 and heart rate was 119 so that was high aswell. my temperature was 37.9. cause of this I went into isolation but I never had a Lactural flow test before. so was Anxious partly since part of my Autism is that I have hypersensitive hearing, and hypersensitive sense of smell and hypersensitive to textures i was Anxious about the sensory side.so it took a couple of days for me to decide. I found out there’s one that only goes up your nose and someone helped me do it. And luckily I came back negative so don’t have Covid. so it must of been a virus or something but neither me or anyone else knows what it was since my Temperature went down to normal after a day or two. I was still under the weather though.after comeimg out I went to more places and went to differant places. I came up with ideas of different places  to go and places where I havnt been before aswell and I wrote down all plants and other Wildlife from the places I have visited that I have seen there Even though theres some I have seen before i have seen some I havnt seen before aswell. Thanks for asking.  

Getting a temperature could happen for a number of reasons, and as often happens, the BP and heart rate can increase when the body is fighting an infection.

The important thing is you're better and getting out and about again, and I know what you mean when things like that stop you getting out, I'm as bad.

Yes that’s the main thing. Iv had an eventful day today. I went to edge common but on my way to the top A nose bleed started out of the blue . I managed to get to the top where the person with me saw me and unfortunately I didn’t have any tissues and neither did he. So I had to use a mask to try and stop it. Disappointingly I had to head back cause of my nose bleed but at least I managed to get some photos. My cloaths were covered when I got back after it stoped. Luckily Im wearing clean closths now.  apart from that eventful time at Edge Im going tonSevern Beech on Friday so here’s to hopeing nothing happens before I go. I’m hopeing it goes according to plan and if it does it will be exiteing cause Iv never been before

it took a couple of days for my nose to stop being susceptible to setting off again to things heat or air Preassure or other causes but now its better and so far Im going to Severn Beech. Im going to Severn Beech at 1 or 1:30 I won’t be able to spend long there cause of the Queens Jubilee Celebration happening somewhere today  and this weekend. Im not going  cause I avoid crowds and noisy places. But the roads are more busy cause of it but iv never been to the Severn Beech before so its exiteing

I went to the mouth of the River Severn also called the Severn estuary and I saw a European eel it was washed up on the beach and I found some  fish gear that was abit dangerous which isnt good and I dont know if it might of harmed it while it was swimming  or had anything to do with it but it’s the first time iv ever seen one. I wasn’t aware you could get them there until I saw the sign so I was lucky.

I don’t know about the  the River Ure yet but I know about the river next to it there

Perhaps it’s cause of what they done to help the eels at the River Ouse that they aren’t interested  in the eels at the  River Ure
