There's a lot of shadow there snd I'm only using a small screen but it looks like a Sparrowhawk to me. Most raptors, birds of prey, that visit our gardens turn out to be Sparrowhawks but occasionally people get lucky and something different turns up

I agree with Pete that it's a female Sparrowhawk. It looks like it's taken down a feral pigeon which is quite a substantial meal.
