Hi Emma, Not 100% sure but I'm wondering if it is a Blue Tit with a condition affecting the plumage colour (meaning it is suffering from lack of melanin pigment) called leucism which you can read about HERE Wait for more replies, as I say it resembles a blue tit to me but see what others think.
