    That would depend on what mobile phone you're using.

    I can only speak from an Android perspective, if you go to the Settings menu, look for 'Connections' then 'Tethering or Hotspot' you then make the device become a modem where it gives you the name and password to access it.

    Then log the other devices in as you would to a Wi-Fi.

    Oh, so this is not at all difficult. In our 5g era, a phone can generally be used instead of a modem. I found out how to fix this problem at goodphones.uk/.../. Most mobile plans contain Internet access, which can be consumed using your smartphone and also shared with other devices. Take a look at the ways you can share the Internet from your phone to other devices
