As a brand new member I’d like help to identify a bird call but for the life of me I can’t work out how to upload the sound file, any help gratefully received
Hi Stuart,
First click on "Use rich formatting". then from the "Insert" drop down menu choose "Insert image/video file" (this works for sound files also). Fill in the dialog box that appears and click OK when done. Alternatively, if your audio file is on external media just paste the link.

PS Actually I forgot, there's a quicker way. With the advanced editor open just drag and drop the file from your computer into the editor pane. If you want you can add any text before or after the audio clip.
