Baby bird

I found a bird little more than baby who can walk and little fly in my shaft at my home for her safety I have moved him to my plants area to protect . Is it ok ? I have no idea or knowledge to protect and I wanted to . Please advise me on the same

    The parents may well be still looking out for the baby, so I would leave the chick as near to where you found it. Keep a watch and see if it is getting fed and looked after by the parents. Is there a possibility of cats or dogs or other predators near at hand? Difficult to say without a picture or more details about the bird.
