I've been posting over the last few weeks of my blue tits nest box with camera inside. Well, I've just noticed today that one of the other three boxes in my garden has a nesting pair of great tits with babies inside.
I've noticed a great tit going for the suet balls, peanuts and live mealworms I put out for the blue tits, so this is a fabulous sight. I've got no camera in that box so I'll keep a more distant eye on it. The box itself was one made by a patient receiving treatment in the hospital where I work, so I'll hopefully let him know.
