We have had a wood pigeon in a nest on the bathroom window ledge....we can see them through the window.. Two eggs hatched about a week ago, but this morning no sign of the pigeons and the nest is empty. Have they been taken by prey, or just scared off by our coming into the bathroom. The adult birds don’t seem to have worried that we have been in there, and we have made a point of trying not to disturb them....they did build the nest right up next to the window. We are wondering what might have happened.
