I don't believe the RSPB have rescue abilities for this sort of situation, your best bet is to contact a local rescue organisation such as Norfolk Wildlife Rescue or The Swan Sanctuary for advice.

You need to ring the RSPCA there is a national number here www.rspcanorwich.org.uk/.../found-an-animal the problem will be catching it unless it is used to people feeding it.
