Thrushes

I have just seen 32 thrushes . Is this normal ?

  • What might help others grasp the picture, can you describe the area you saw the thrushes,

    • rural/urban,
    • field/woodland
    • water or no water

along with any means of description, or even a photo of the area where you saw the thrushes.

  • Rural just a short distance into the country . All resting on electric cable. Lake half a mile away. In a field.

It seems normal to me, but hopefully someone will be able to confirm or correct accordingly.

No not starlings , thrushes for sure . That’s why I posted . I have lived here since 1995 and I have never seen any more than 2 or 3 thrushes at one time but 32 was fascinating to see coming down from the overhead cables into the field . They have gone for now . Haven’t seen them in a few days
But that was 3 times at least they had visited.
