Pigeon

My neighbour has had a pigeon sitting on a nest for three weeks which hasn’t moved for food or water. It is definitely alive but every time she looks it is still on the nest

    i'm not an expert but from what I read both male and female pigeons incubate eggs so it is possible your neighbour is seeing both adults taking it in turns to sit on the eggs making it look like the same pigeon is sitting on the nest all the time. .
