Up Close Photos of Albino Pheasant?

It's almost a Pheasant but I don't think it is an albino as albino birds/animals usually have pink eyes, something to do with the loss of pigment. I know that on some pheasant shoots the keepers like to have the occasional white bird as it is act as a marker to help track the birds down. It is often a rule, within the shoot not a legal law, not to shoot the white birds because they are markers and some think it is unlucky. Yours is a nice looking bird, I've not seen a White Pheasant for ages.
