Is someone using the same name as myself or am I going nuts (waxwing)??
I do have a problem I have changed email address so I cannot receive emails,I have contacted RSPB days ago but as yet I have not had a reply, anyway I have just sent them a new email hopefuly they will sort it out.
So sorry for any confusion.
Hi Waxwing
Someone posted yesterday using the name Waxwing - here's the link

The necessity of bird-watching is a really good reason for avoiding all forms of housework.
The dust will still be there tomorrow - the birds may not be!
There is two of you! That's unusual, there must be nothing to stop people having the same username as someone else...

Not so much unusual as unheard of - and I am not sure it should be allowed! That could lead to all sorts of problems.
I thought you couldn't duplicate names as when I first joined they refused to accept my first choice of name, and I assumed it was because someone else had it.
Cheers, Linda.

Thats what my wife just said
Never heard of any forum having two members with the same name
Sometimes upper and lower case are not taken on and can make the difference

Lets hope it sorts itself out or I might have to change my name.
I don't understand, as back in 2008 I couldn't sign in and had to add the H after Brenda and rejoin using my husband's e-mail address. In those days it was just a site for the Ospreys and I didn't sign in very often, as I just read the reports mostly. I couldn't continue to use my old name as somebody already had that name, which they confirmed was ME.
