Hi David
Sorry to hear you have having problems, it always happens at this time of the year.
There are contact numbers on this page if you haven't seen it www.rspb.org.uk/.../contact-us
Regarding reporting your birdcount there is no rush to submit the results so as a last resort you could wait a week to submit them.

In reply to Alan:
Many folks are having problems (see other thread bird watch results help). As Alan says leave it a few days and try again, results don't have to be in until mid Feb sometime. I am away to do mine in a while. Good luck.

In reply to Catlady:
I am having the exact same issue. Won't accept my login details or password, when I try to reset it says 'There was no matching password reset token found.' etc etc AND there is no way to submit the Birdwatch details without registering.
I am not going to set up a new email account just for that.
I shall keep trying over the next fortnight, but it really is a joke.
In reply to Violet:
Hi Violet
There is an email address on this page to contact the RSPB about the birdwatch www.rspb.org.uk/.../contact-us
The email address you could try is birdwatch@rspb.org.uk
I've had this problem too and did email to report it. I got a reply from Jon Boardman, Digital Content Executive who said I had been locked out because of too many incorrect passwords which I don't think was the problem. I have tried resetting my password again but get the same error fault.
Jon gives his phone number as 01767 693151 but all you get is a recorded message saying to email in again.
The email address is Web.Enquiries@rspb.org.uk
It's ok saying there is no rush but if it doesn't get fixed quickly people will get fed up and not submit their results. It really does need fixing quickly.
Good luck everyone.
