Unable to Login over three days

Tried over a dozen times to login to RSPB, Garden Birdwatch. Changed passwords twice..successfully! Still getting Sorry Whoops not recognised. No response from technical support. When you mail them it goes back to Whoops.Have been advised that there is no phone number for technical support. Have been a member for many many years and always purchase raffle tickets.
