How do I post??

Hi, I've just joined and can't see how I post a new item in the Community forums. I've found the "About" area where one can post with technical problems and suggestions for new forums etc. but I can't find where I post into the existing forums - I have a question about bird feeding. Problem missing something obvious. Thanks Rob
