Thanks. just called the hedgehog and garden bird rescue in stafford, and on both numbers there is just an answerphone message saying that they are full and cant take any animals. No number you can ask for advice on. Woody is slightly lethargic tonight. Dont know if he'll still be with us tomorrow :(

It may be ill Marie and at least you are making it comfortable rather than being at the mercy of a predator, I found a young Starling on its back the other day on next doors drive, there was nothing wrong with its wings but it couldn't balance so couldn't fly, I've had it in a box and feeding it for three days but sadly it died overnight, but as I say at least it died peacefully.
Not a happy outcome though.

Hi Marie. In which town are you located? I have contacts who might know others who do not necessarily operate from a website.

I'm in Telford. Don't mind traveling to take him somewhere as we have a car.
OK. I've passed that on. If I get details I will send them as a personal message because it will probably include a private telephone number.
Ok thank you very much. And thank you for everyones comments and concerns.
Just sent you the number of a Pidge friendly chap.
