If you click your name (on the left of the black bar at the very top of the page, next to 'inbox'), it should bring up your profile, and there should be a link on the right near the top of the page called 'edit profile'. Click this, and the picture next to your name should now have a link saying 'change avatar'. Click this and it should let you upload your own photo.
