How about a link at the top which says specifically, How to Use This Site as it is not obvious that the About section gives you technical info. Found the flow chart I downloaded very useful, but wouldn't have found it if it hadn't been suggested, this led me onto the About section. Having said that if I had taken the time myself to look into the various headings it would have helped. So partly user error that I haven't found my way around.
If you enter the forum via the COMMUNITY HOME link you will see there is a How to thread at the top of the page. This gives technical information about posting photos, videos, creating live links etc etc.
By entering the forum in this way you will see all the threads that are active including the ones from Groups such as Loch Garten and others. All the headings in the blue bar at the top of every page are clickable and will take you to an appropriate part of the forum where you .will see further options relevant to that part of the forum.
