  Interesting. It disappeared when I left a rude response on it. I wonder if that helps get rid of spam more quickly? I noticed it hung about longer this time.

  Our herring gulls are red listed birds.  Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.

  Possibly there are more people flagging them as spam within a given time this evening than there were during the day.
