Have just taken this photo in my garden in Llanrhos any ideas is it some ones pet or are there a flock of them in this area

It's a Parakeet. They are becoming fairly widespread around the London area, but yours seems to have branched out further so it's possible it could be someones escaped pet. It might be worth letting your local RSPCA or even your local radio station know just in case the owner is trying to find it.
